How a residence lives
The plan beside this is a four bedroom home. You enter through a private foyer. To one side is a den with its own bathroom; ahead, the kitchen, dining room, bar and living room open as one space onto the main oceanfront terrace. The primary bedroom shares that terrace.
Three more bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a dressing room, sit along a private hallway, two of them with their own terraces. It is a floor plan written for a family that wants to be together and still close a door.

How many bedrooms do the residences have?
EMMA residences have three or four bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and dressing room, and every residence adds a family room or den.
How large are the residences?
The three plans measure 3,853, 3,993 and 4,092 square feet, including oceanfront terraces of 656 to 775 square feet.
What does a night cost?
Rates depend on the residence, the season and the length of stay. Send your dates and we reply with the rate by email. You rent the whole home rather than a room for each guest, and booking direct carries no platform service fee.
Is the condo layout the same in every residence?
No. The layout shown is a four bedroom plan. There are three plans in the building, and we send the plan for the residence you are considering with your quote.
Can we cook in the residence?
Yes. Each home has a full kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, an island, a pantry and a laundry room, so you are not tied to restaurant hours.
Can you arrange a chef, a transfer or groceries?
Ask us in your inquiry. We arrange airport transfers, grocery stocking before arrival, housekeeping during the stay and a private chef through local providers, quoted before you book.

On Bahía de las Palmas in the Hotel Zone of San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, about twenty minutes from Los Cabos International Airport.
